The Creator ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use The Creator mobile app and this website.

Information we collect

• Account information (email, display name, profile details) when you sign in.
• Content you upload for AI analysis (photos, videos, captions, scheduling data).
• Subscription and purchase status processed by Apple or Google.
• Usage data needed to operate the service (e.g. device type, app version).

How we use information

We use your information to provide AI content analysis, coaching, scheduling, posting features, account management, referral rewards, and customer support. We do not sell your personal data.

Third-party services

We use Firebase (authentication and cloud storage), Anthropic (AI processing), Apple App Store / Google Play (subscriptions), and optional social platform APIs when you connect accounts. Each provider has its own privacy policy.

Data retention

We retain your data while your account is active. You may delete your account in the app, which removes your profile and associated cloud data subject to our backup policies.
