The Creator (Empowered by BizTomate Inc) ("we," "our," or "us") operates The Creator mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Account and Authentication Data

Name, email address, password, organization, and any other details you provide when you sign up or update your profile.

Business Card & Profile Content

Card images, selfies, notes, tags, custom fields, and PDF exports you create or upload.

Usage & Device Data

App diagnostics, in-app purchase history, error logs, and device identifiers generated by the App for security and analytics.

Support Communications

Information you provide when contacting support or responding to surveys.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and the service is intended for business users.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected data to:

• Authenticate you and maintain your account.
• Process scans, uploads, profile sharing, and other core features.
• Provide subscription billing, receipts, and entitlement management.
• Sync data across your devices via our cloud services.
• Diagnose bugs, secure the platform, and improve performance.
• Respond to your requests and provide customer support.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing. Data is only processed by service providers that enable our infrastructure under contract and solely on our instructions.

You may edit or delete profile data in the App, request a copy of your data, opt out of non-essential communications, or request account deletion by emailing info@the-creator.io.

Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country. By using the App, you consent to these transfers with appropriate safeguards in place.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material updates will be communicated via the App or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
